About

The original Treeslounge workshop, hidden amongst the Georgian houses of De Beauvoir, has seen 10 years of furniture making: thousands of different materials, finishes, forms, scales and processes. Join Treeslounge as they uncover 10 years of production, captured in a single moment, presented as a selection of new works.

The exhibition investigates the unexplored possibilities of the furniture that has been created in its workshop over a decade; and, with production recently moved to a larger space in Camberwell, Treeslounge celebrates its original home and past pieces, as it prepares the workshop for a new era — as a place of design and collaboration.

The ‘A Moment in Time’ exhibition is open to visitors throughout London Craft Week, 10am to 4pm. In addition, Treeslounge is hosting a private view on Wednesday 14 May, where guests have the opportunity to meet the designers and makers. To attend Treeslounge’s ‘Meet the Makers’ session on the Wednesday evening, please email info@treeslounge.co.uk.

Treeslounge is a collective of skilled designers and makers, handcrafting high-end, contemporary furniture in the heart of London. The studio was founded by Luke Joyce, and is proud to have collaborated with many of the UK’s leading interior design and architectural practices.
