Amy Findlay is a Glasgow-based designer who graduated from The Glasgow School of Art in 2022 with a degree in Silversmithing and Jewellery Design. Her work celebrates the overlooked beauty of garden slugs, transforming them into precious, wearable sculptures using traditional wax carving and ethically sourced gemstones. Her jewellery playfully contrasts precious metals with the unexpected, using intricate stone-setting techniques to create movement and light. Each piece draws on childhood memories and a fascination with natural forms, celebrating the quiet wonder of the garden through refined craftsmanship and storytelling.
