About
Adi Avidani is a London-based ceramic artist and educator working at the intersection of craft and contemporary art. Through mold-making and slip-casting, she explores the expressive potential of clay to reflect on human relationships, the body, and ideas of fragmentation and containment. Her work draws on the language of craft to examine tensions between structure and softness, repetition and variation.
Avidani graduated from the Ceramics & Glass Department at the Royal College of Art in 2023. She has exhibited internationally, including at Collect Art Fair, London Art Fair, the British Ceramics Biennial (Fresh, 2023), and Milan Design Week.
Alongside her practice, she holds an M.Ed from University College London and founded the Cambridge Art Club, an inclusive space for children to explore creativity through making.
