Drawing from cultural references across time and place, the work reveals Christopher and Nicola Cox’ enduring interest in the reworking of tradition through the contemporary lens of their studio practice. ​

Sometimes wild and unruly, sometimes majestic, the new work celebrates the bucolic idealism and ceaseless progress of Nature in steel, iron and bronze – all fabricated and expertly patinated in their North London atelier.​

The gallery installation offers the first chance to see these new works in public, inviting passersby to discover the Hinterlands for themselves.​
