Get an understanding of the workings, skills and history of the art of silversmithing during a walk and talk around a silversmithing workshop – a small demonstration over refreshments in a working environment.
Visitors can join a hands-on ‘silver spoon bash’ tutored by master gold/silversmith Steve Wager and forge a silver spoon from a bar of silver, gleaning insights into basic silversmithing techniques.
