About
Araminta Campbell invites you to celebrate the brand’s milestone 10-year anniversary at The Walpole Townhouse.
Discover a decade of dedication to Scottish craftsmanship through a showcase of exquisite woven pieces, a behind-the-scenes look into Araminta’s creative process, and exclusive London Craft Week preview of a brand new, beautifully crafted collection.
Araminta Campbell was founded with a deep commitment to authentic storytelling through responsible, traceable traditional textile techniques. Their woven designs speak of the Scottish landscape they are created within, reflecting an inherent love and care for the natural world.
With a mission to preserve Scottish weaving practices, Araminta Campbell is today the UK’s largest employer of handweavers. This small team create luxury heirloom-quality pieces in British Alpaca with full field traceability. The brand also works with artisan Scottish mills to create limited-edition accessories and bespoke tartan and tweed cloth for a range of clients across the globe.
Visitors will be offered the opportunity to try weaving on a handloom, encouraging a hands-on experience with the intention of creating a collective handwoven artwork that will be displayed in the Araminta Campbell Atelier.
This celebratory exhibition of the brand’s first ten years brings the Araminta Campbell Atelier experience to London, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in the Araminta Campbell story of luxury craftsmanship, their passion for woven storytelling, and their commitment to preserving precious ‘Made in Scotland’ heritage.
Weave with the Araminta Campbell team all week. From Monday 11th to Wednesday 13th, visitors will have the opportunity to meet the founder.
