About

Join Well Crafted at Second Home Holland Park for an inspiring evening of conversation, creativity, and connection.

This event explores the value of hands-on making and mindfulness in today’s fast-paced, digital world of work. Through a thought-provoking panel discussion, we’ll look into how craft can enhance wellbeing, support creative thinking, and foster more human-centred workplaces. The evening begins with informal networking and a refreshing glass of kombucha, creating a welcoming space to meet like-minded professionals and makers. This will be followed by a lively panel discussion moderated by workplace wellbeing expert and bestselling author, Gifty Enright – who, together with the other panelists will explore how creativity and creative thinking is an essential part of modern work and wellbeing. Meet the Panelists:

Known for her keen eye, vibrant use of colour, and commitment to sustainability, Ella brings a dynamic energy to every project, blending aesthetics with environmental responsibility. She is currently an associate platform leader on the Interior Design – superMATTER platform at the Royal College of Art.

Rain Chan – Founder of CAHAYA STUDIOS, Rain brings over 15 years in the fashion industry to her work blending heritage craft with contemporary design. She will share how the meditative process of pleating has supported her mental health and artistic journey.

Sicgmone Kludje – Knitwear designer, educator, and co-founder of Black Girl Knit Club. Sicgmone explores how craft supports identity, cultural expression, and community, particularly for Black female creatives.
