About
Future Icons Selects returns to LCW in May 2026 for its fourth edition, taking over 83 Rivington Street in Shoreditch. Running for seven days from Thursday 14th to Thursday 21st May, this will be the exhibition’s longest and most ambitious edition to date. Set within one of London’s most creatively dynamic neighbourhoods, the show continues its mission to champion experimentation and the leading edge of contemporary craft.
The exhibition will present the work of more than 40 emerging and established artisans, working across woodwork, ceramics, textiles, metalwork, fine art and collectible design.
Three expansive industrial arches will be transformed into a carefully curated, immersive exhibition environment, while the outdoor terrace garden will act as a social and cultural hub throughout the week, hosting a programme of food, drink and informal gatherings designed to encourage dialogue between makers, collectors and the wider creative community.
Future Icons Selects is driven by a clear mission: to create meaningful visibility and sustainable commercial opportunities for contemporary artisans. While welcoming a small number of international voices, the exhibition is firmly rooted in the UK, reflecting the depth, diversity and global relevance of British craft today. By foregrounding local production, material knowledge and skilled handmaking, the show actively contributes to the growth and resilience of the UK’s craft economy.
Louisa Pacifico, founder of Future Icons Selects, comments:
“As we enter our fourth edition, Future Icons Selects has become a vital platform for supporting craft made in Britain. With 95% of our exhibitors based in the UK, this year’s exhibition is a clear statement of our commitment to nurturing local talent, safeguarding specialist skills, and strengthening the future of the British craft industry. Expanding to a seven-day showcase allows us to deepen engagement with private collectors, interior designers and industry professionals, creating space for meaningful discovery and long-term relationships. It’s about giving makers the visibility, context and commercial opportunity they need to grow their practices sustainably, while ensuring exceptional craft continues to thrive within the UK and beyond.”
