*In-store monogramming is available on a first-come, first-served basis – there’s no appointment necessary, but space is limited so please arrive early to avoid disappointment. Maximum one suitcase per person. Once monogrammed, your Away suitcase can no longer be returned or exchanged. Monogrammed suitcases will be available for pick-up no later than Monday 11th October.
