The rising star recently completed a 6-month placement with master artisan Julien Vermeulen, one of only 12 featherworkers in France, as part of Homo Faber Fellowship. In 2021 Matéo took part in the first edition of Homo Faber Fellowship, a life-changing programme presented by the Michelangelo Foundation for Craftsmanship and Creativity which facilitates the transmission of knowledge and skills from one generation to the next.
