Pip Johnson of craft spirit makers Audemus Spirits guides you through the history of Audemus spirits, their process of making gin and a tasting of the brand’s flagship Pink Pepper gin.

This is followed by a cocktail masterclass hosted by Hamish Denny, Spiritland’s group bar manager. Hamish talks through the process of making craft cocktails at home and the importance of using great ingredients. Make and try a seasonal negroni and other gin cocktails.

The evening is soundtracked by a Spiritland selector.
