Suffolk Craft Society was formed in 1970 to promote the value and importance of contemporary crafts and to support individual makers in their practice. The Society has a membership of around 90 makers working across a wide range of disciplines. All members live or work in Suffolk or have strong links with the county.
To celebrate the Society’s 55 years, patron Trevor Pickett has generously agreed to host an exhibition in his flagship store in Mayfair.
This curated exhibition includes contemporary furniture, sculpture, ceramics, basketry, bookbinding, textiles, weaving, woodturning, printmaking, mosaic work and jewellery. All work are for sale and makers are on hand to discuss their inspiration and techniques.
