About
An exciting opportunity to witness Indian textile artist Rakhee Shenoy as she seamlessly blurs the lines between art, textiles and leather craftsmanship during a live weaving demonstration at the Aranyani boutique. Rakhee is producing a woven piece of sustainable art, handcrafted using surplus off-cut leather from their zero-waste Aranyani atelier in Bangalore.
The live demonstration is taking place between 11:30am and 2:30pm. Please feel welcome to arrive at any point during the three-hour window.
During your visit to the Aranyani boutique, enjoy complimentary refreshments as you find yourself immersed in the captivating stories behind the emerging brand’s founder Haresh Mirpuri, its nature-inspired handbag collections and its unwavering mission to deliver luxury while committing to sustainable and ethical practices.
Discover Aranyani’s unique handbag collection which showcases a wide range of artistry techniques, from hand-painting and embroidery to leather smocking using 1,000 hand-stitches. Aranyani works with precious stones, 24-karat gold and is proud to be the world’s first brand to master gold-gilding onto leather.
This live demonstration is not just about creating art — it’s a celebration of India’s rich heritage of craftsmanship.
