About

During London Craft Week, the Art Workers’ Guild will showcase the wide range of craft disciplines represented by our members with a series of talks, demonstrations and an exhibition.

Visit the Guild to gain insights into the specialist skills involved in cartography, ceramics, tapestry weaving, printmaking, sculpture, wallpaper design, and much more. The exhibition, which is free to enter, includes over twenty artists and makers, who will be showing, demonstrating, and selling their work.

There will also be a series of talks – all given by the Guild’s members – which will take place over the two days and are £5 each.

Join the Guild’s former Hon. Architect Simon Hurst for a tour of the Grade II* Georgian townhouse, which is home to the Art Workers’ Guild. Tours are £5 and booking is essential.

The Art Workers’ Guild is a body of more than 400 artists, craftspeople, architects and academics working at the highest levels of excellence in their professions. We represent over 60 creative disciplines. Their main charitable aim is to support the visual arts and crafts in any way that may be beneficial to the community.
