‘Every child has a spark and clay is an empowering material to ignite that spark.’
Kate Malone MBE, FiredUp4 Ambassador and Co-Founder

FiredUp4 is a charity that opens the door to creativity for young people.

London Craft Week and FiredUp4 present two ceramic charity sales at Sotheby’s London in aid of FiredUp4 Clay Clubs, which provide a hands-on (and screen-free) chance for young people to explore their creativity, find focus, and discover themselves. FiredUp4 works in partnership with OnSide, a network of state-of-the-art youth centres built in the UK’s most economically disadvantaged areas.

The Secret Ceramics fixed price (anonymous) sale, returns for the 3rd year, offering 100 ceramic artists, both established makers and emerging talent, for £650 per piece. Guess your favourite artist or just buy with your heart from a room brimming with ceramic talent including donations from Ebony Russell, Freya Bramble Carter, Jacques Monneraud and Michel Francois.
New this year is the auction Curated Ceramics, where Kate has invited donations from some of the most celebrated ceramic artists working today. This exciting selection of Lots includes the chance to own a richly coloured work by the acclaimed Australian ceramic artist Pippin Drysdale or a sculpture using digital coiling by Ryan Barrett.

All works for sale are generously donated by ceramic artists with their deeply felt belief that all young people should have access to create with clay.
