Chenxi Zhou is a jewellery artist based in London. Her practice focuses on contemporary jewellery and the philosophy of “life craft” — treating making as a way of thinking.
Drawing from the autobiographical nature of objects, her work explores how jewellery can carry memory, identity, and emotional experience. Beyond functionality, her pieces leave space for reflection and imagination, both for the wearer and the viewer.
While trained in traditional metalsmithing, Chenxi also works with enamel and ceramics. Moving between materials gives her the freedom to explore different forms of expression and to reflect on the evolving role of craft in a contemporary context.
