About

UK-based  artist, held in major public and private collections, internationally.

Nature is her constant source of inspiration. Capturing the moment; she focuses on movement and energy, whether powerful, delicate, tender or disturbing. Deliberately abandoning the solidity of form to focus on the realms of statement by omission. Pushing the boundaries of materials from clay to bronze to steel, forcing the mediums to the edge.

Works commissioned by Marvel. Featured public arts include ‘Cilla Black,’ the iconic Liverpool statue, visited by  Mick Jagger. The ‘Elaine Morgan’, part of The Monumental Welsh Women campaign rectifying the absence of female statues in Wales.

Passionate about art, education and wellbeing, she is part of Chester Zoo’s long-term conservation programme; an Honorary Fellow of LJMU; lectured at The Isaac Newton Institute; a Patron of Clatterbridge Cancer Centre and John King Brain Tumour Foundation. Privileged to participate in this project, inspiring and supporting  generations of artists.
