Enikő Leányvári is a Hungarian-British mosaic artist and founder of Tiger’s Eye Mosaic, based at Cockpit Studios in London. Classically trained in Ravenna, Rome and London, her practice combines traditional mosaic techniques with a contemporary approach, ranging from intricate micromosaics to large-scale architectural work.
Her work is rooted in a deep understanding of historic materials and processes, with a particular focus on fine detail and craftsmanship. Alongside her studio practice, Enikő is passionate about sharing her skills through teaching, workshops and public engagement.
Enikő is the current DBR Limited scholar in partnership with QEST, reflecting a shared commitment to excellence in craftsmanship and the conservation of heritage. She will be joining DBR at their London Craft Week event, where she will lead demonstrations and contribute to talks on mosaic conservation.
