Farah Marafie is the founder and creative director of AOI (AN OCEAN OF IDEAS), a London-based luxury brand redefining the boundaries of fashion, art, and collectible design. She earned her BA in Fashion Design from Parsons School of Design in New York and an MA from Central Saint Martins in London, honing her craft at both luxury fashion houses and streetwear labels. These diverse experiences sharpened her skills and fueled her vision to create a brand that operates outside the conventional fashion system—one that prioritizes craftsmanship, intentionality, and timeless design over speed and mass production.
Of Kuwaiti and Lebanese heritage, Farah Marafie has set her sights on developing a collection of limited-edition collectibles. AOI is a rarefied brand that merges art, design, and fashion into sensorial, wearable pieces. Each edition is an exploration of an archetype, reimagined and brought to life in collaboration with specialist artisans from around the world.
