About
Jenny MacDonald is a teacher, maker and artist. She has taught for many years across art and design disciplines: illustration; ceramics; graphic design; life drawing and predominantly jewellery-making.
Jenny started her career making silver and gold collections exhibiting in the London craft scene. She later worked in partnership as a product designer supplying outlets including Harrods, Paul Smith, The Natural History Museum and Sony Records. More recently she has returned her focus to creating bespoke precious pieces for individual clients. Her passion for teaching has remained a constant throughout her varied creative pursuits. Jenny is currently leading the UAL level 2 Diploma and teaching short jewellery courses at Morley College North Kensington and K2 contemporary Academy of Jewellery.
