Based at Oxo Tower Wharf, award-winning Katherine Elizabeth Millinery constantly pushes the boundaries for strong conceptual creations and show-stopping collections. Such fine attention to ethical fabrics and sourcing sets the her apart.
After graduating from the Surrey Institute of Art and Design, Katherine began her career in millinery under the talented eye of Stephen Jones, creating pieces for the Dior runway shows and the John Galliano boutique in Paris. She was also lucky enough to work with Catherine Delaney in theatre and film and then set out to launch her very own millinery house in Clerkenwell before moving to the iconic Oxo Tower Wharf.
All pieces are hand-made with love and care by a small London team. Using fine French lace, Italian silks, and hand embellished appliqué and beadwork, her hats are perfect for Royal Ascot, Melbourne Cup, Kentucky derby, Epsom Derby, Punchestown Races, Galway Races, weddings, and for mothers of the bride.
Katherine has created hats for Kyle Ho, Jasper Garvida, the Asudari show during Paris Fashion Week, Debbie McGee, Dita Von Teese, Lily Allen, The Noisettes, and Downton Abbey.
