About

Mario Ceroli’s sculpture and furniture designs use woodworking traditions to produce architectural, tactile objects. Working primarily in natural wood and plywood, Ceroli’s chairs, benches, tables and bespoke pieces explore silhouette, shadow and the physical presence of form: pared‑back, geometric works that read as both functional furniture and sculptural intervention. Across commissions for interiors, public spaces and stage, Ceroli reimagines traditional woodworking techniques as contemporary furniture that foregrounds material, scale and atmosphere.

For London Craft Week 2026, 8 HOLLAND STREET | SOUTH OF THE RIVER presents an edit of Mario Ceroli’s vintage furniture pieces alongside designs by Ettore Sottsass.
