From a young age, Naparat mastered delicate weaving techniques under the guidance of her mother, Sujenjit Tongsapee, a Thai Master Craftsman. Her early passion and talent led her to win numerous awards, solidifying her expertise in the craft. Recognizing the importance of modernizing traditional basketry, she founded the Naparat brand (Lipao Craft Naparat), elevating Lipao weaving beyond its conventional form into contemporary luxury items.
A certified artisan recognized by the Support Arts and Crafts International Centre of Thailand (SACIT), Naparat is committed to safeguarding and revitalizing Thai craftsmanship. Her innovative designs incorporate Nakhon Si Thammarat nielloware, blending Lipao basketry with another revered Thai art form.
