About
Nathan Wong first completed an associate degree in Design Interior Architecture from Caritas Bianchi College of Careers and later obtained a Bachelor Degree with Honors in Interior Design from the University of Huddersfield. Serendipitously encountering copper craft, Nathan was captivated by its oxidized form and thus decided to become a coppersmith. After further study in basic forging techniques, he has experimented with the use of copper in everyday utensils. Through copper, Nathan seeks to realize the idea of “imperfect beauty” to integrate craft and design concepts into our daily routines.
Hazel Lee first completed a Higher Diploma in Design (Interior Architecture) from Caritas Bianchi College of Careers and continued her Bachelor Degree in Environment and Interior Design at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, which she later graduated with first-class honors. During university, Hazel began researching into a host of different materials. By coincidence, she observed that the color of copper changes from day to day, and she fell in love with it. Through self-learning and courses, she acquired the basic metalworking techniques to integrate copper design into everyday objects better.
