About
Inspired by the Chiltern countryside, Caroline creates woodland-inspired jewellery in silver, 9ct and 18ct gold, and gold vermeil, set with ethically sourced gemstones. Working from her garden studio, she captures the intricate textures and details of nature through direct impressions of leaves, seeds and twigs, using techniques including lost wax casting, 3D scanning, printing, and Delft clay castings from twigs and lichen.
She also creates deeply sentimental pieces for clients, using their own metals and meaningful natural materials, resulting in unique jewellery tied to personal memories and places. Her oak leaf and acorn collection is formed from moulds taken from a single oak tree in a hamlet just outside Tring.
Exhibiting at FORGE as part of The Secret Garden Showcase, 1 May – 1 June.
