Toni Losey (b. 1977) is a Canadian ceramic artist based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, known for her complex, highly saturated sculptural work. Her practice explores texture, form, and transformation through abstracted plant-like structures, combining intricately articulated wheel-thrown elements with hand-built components. Losey holds a BFA in Ceramics from NSCAD University and is an active educator, teaching workshops and courses internationally as well as at NSCAD.
Her work has been exhibited widely, including at Collect London, Salon Art + Design New York, Design Miami, SOFA Chicago, and Ceramic Art London. Her sculptures are held in public collections such as Global Affairs Canada, Aberystwyth University, and the Nova Scotia Art Bank. In 2020, she was named a Ceramics Monthly Emerging Artist. She held her first international solo exhibition in London in 2021 and received special recognition at the Cheongju International Ceramics Biennale in 2023.
