Tracy is a Couture Milliner with a background in fashion, fine art and dance. Her career started in the late 1980’s working from her own Hat Shop in London. Tracy trained under Rose Cory, milliner to the Queen Mother. Tracy has designed collections for House of Fraser, small boutiques worldwide and private clients including actresses and musicians. She is an award-winning milliner. Amongst other awards, Tracy has been a major prize winner on five separate occasions at the world renowned Estivale du Chapeau in Caussade, France. Tracy was honoured to be included as one of the International Guest teachers at Hats off to Brisbane where she delivered the keynote speech at the festival. Tracy has taken a leading role in London Hat Week. She was also a founding member of the British Millinery Association BMA. In the last couple of years Tracy has taught in New York, New Orleans and across Texas. She is looking forward to returning to America in 2026. Tracy is a Freeman of the City of London and is on the Livery of the Worshipful Company of Feltmakers. In March this year, she exhibited at an event at Mansion House organised by the Worshipful Company of Feltmakers. She was delighted that the Lady Mayoress bought one of her hats at the event. Tracy runs millinery workshops from her home in France where she teaches her signature techniques to students from all over the world.
