An Insight into Contemporary Ceramic Art from the Middle East at The V&A Museum
Egyptian-born British ceramicist Ashraf Hanna gives an insight into his new work ‘Shararah’, currently showing as part of the V&A’s display ‘Contemporary Ceramic Art from the Middle East’. During this demonstration, Ashraf showcases the processes he uses when making a piece, from developing the form in clay, to drawing and carving his final design.
