About

Bonadea, the emporium for craft and artistically created products for the home and tabletop, once again opens its doors for London Craft Week.

Gemma Martinez de Ana, creative director and founder of the brand, is joined in the boutique by textile artist and contemporary creative Natasha Hulse. Natasha’s whimsical, colourful and characterful pieces are on display in the store all week to view and purchase.

On Tuesday 9 May from 2-6.30pm, join an artistry workshop with Natasha in store at Bonadea. The fully immersive workshop will offer you the opportunity to make your own textile art, learn about the discipline from Natasha and take home a framable creation for the home. To champion sustainability and to offset wastage, the wider Pimlico Road brands will be supplying the fabric materials, but participants are encouraged to bring their own pieces too.

Tickets are £75; £50 from the sale of each ticket will go to charity. Each participant will receive an apron to keep, alongside their artwork and afternoon tea.

On the afternoon of Wednesday 10 May there are further demonstrations by Natasha as she shares her crafts with attendees, with the store remaining open until late.

Bonadea, located online and on the Pimlico Road, is a tabletop and objet d’art emporium. Selling items both designed by its creative director and brands procured and sourced the world over, the brand has become synonymous with exquisite, collectable items for the home — from linens and tableware, to glassware, gifts, antiques and larger art pieces. The store is a manifestation of Gemma’s vision to celebrate and promote the art and beauty of the handmade.
