Embark upon an interactive journey of discovery from the comfort of your own home with a passionate Master Chocolatier. Iain Burnett is a truffle specialist who has become known as the Highland Chocolatier. His Velvet Truffles have received over 40 awards, twice named the World’s Best Truffle, and are served by Michelin chefs and prestigious hoteliers.

The Tasting Flight for two arrives in an elegant handmade box with two tasting mats and five award-winning Velvet Truffles each. The flight is accompanied online by a personally guided insight into the world of artisan gourmet chocolate, its craftsmanship and subtleties, presented by Iain. Get a glimpse into the art of a Master Chocolatier, the differing flavours, ingredients and textures of Iain’s creations, the processes to create great chocolate from the tree to the kitchen, and the difference in true artisan gourmet chocolate.

Chocolates do not need to be refrigerated but should be kept cool and sealed, away from heat and humidity.  They should be brought to room temperature and placed onto the tasting mat for each person in time for the live online event.
