The Gallery by SOIL – Crafts Dialogue: New Art of Lacquer
Celebrating the diversity of contemporary crafts, Crafts Dialogue aims to explore how cross-cultural and cross-disciplinary approaches can inform longstanding values associated with craft practice and innovation. ‘New Art of Lacquer’ is one of the highlights, featuring contemporary lacquer art from different parts of Asia. There will also be an online talk where local practitioners will share their experiments and passion about lacquer art, as well as offer live demonstrations.
