Shannon Clegg is a designer-maker based in London who looks to innovate traditional craft processes to create objects that connect people to nature.

For London Craft Week, she is showcasing ‘Bouquet’, a collection of 3D flower-pressed objects she created using a unique hand-moulding technique and real flowers at The Edition 94.

Inspired by the mould-making process, she looked to innovate the traditional craft process of 2D flower pressing. Shannon developed a unique moulding process where she makes the moulds herself and then hand presses each flower vase using real flowers in her London studio. Once in the moulds, it takes at least four weeks to take shape.
