Espresso and Espresso-Martini Class with Borough Kitchen at Islington Square
Coffee and cocktail making are skills in their own right. Join Borough Kitchen for a masterclass in pulling the perfect espresso at home, and then using that to make an espresso martini – the iconic cocktail not many people know originated right here in London.

Join Borough Kitchen for this skills-based workshop at their Islington Square cook school. On Thursday 7 October, celebrate the end of the week with a two-in-one class that teaches you how to make a perfect espresso as well as a perfect espresso martini.
The class includes:
– An introduction on the difference components that make up the perfect cup of espresso
– A demonstration on how to pull espresso using a non-electric espresso maker from internationally known (and London-based) Rok
– A hands-on workshop where you’ll learn how to make a classic espresso martini, to be enjoyed at the end of class
– A Borough Kitchen goody bag including products from local suppliers
