Celebrating the history of craftsmanship and championing heritage crafts, The Royal Exchange is hosting a makers’ market featuring a diverse selection of craftspeople who are not only at the top of their game but who are also passing on their knowledge and expertise to the next generation of makers.

For four days, the market showcases wares including leather goods from Carréducker, fragrances from Maya Njie, umbrellas from the UK’s longest-established umbrella manufacturer James Ince & Sons, and more. The market takes place on The Mezzanine at The Royal Exchange, which boasts stunning views of the majestic central courtyard.

Some of the makers are hosting masterclasses throughout the market to share their skills and give participants a chance to take away their own crafty piece as a memento of the day.
