About

Collier Webb has been casting metal at their South Coast foundry for over 40 years. From hand-sculpted patterns to traditional metal casting, their master craftsman Adam Pattison demonstrates the intricate techniques used to create the brand’s new handcrafted cordless lamp, the Mini Messenger Palm.

Adam’s wealth of expertise in sculpting and carving is often the starting point in the inception of Collier Webb’s most intricate lighting, furniture and hardware pieces. With an abundance of collection products and bespoke pieces in his back catalogue, Adam highlights the skills involved in pattern making for lighting.

Along with a live pattern-making demonstration, visitors are also introduced to the traditional, time-honed casting techniques used at the brand’s foundry. Discover the key elements that take a soft clay pattern through to exquisite, timeless lighting that will be passed down to generations to come.

Join Adam and the Collier Webb team at their Pimlico Road showroom from 10am to 4pm, Thursday 7 October. To book your timeslot, please email marketing@collierwebb.com
