Mitch creates sculptures which are hand-formed and intuitive in their construction. Each piece is an emotional response to the clay.

Mitch studied ceramics at Falmouth School of Art and Design and has an MA Fine Art (Ceramics) from Bath School of Art and Design. She was selected by the Craft Council for their 2019 Hothouse Programme and was awarded ‘Rising Star 2019’ by the New Ashgate Gallery. She is a selected member of The Craft Potters Association and Contemporary Applied Arts. Mitch is represented by galleries throughout the UK and sells her work internationally, as well as showing her work at Ceramic Art London and Collect.
She has featured in publications, including, Ceramic Review and Ceramics Monthly and is an advocate for empowering new ceramicists and mentors emerging makers.
