Polly Yates is an artist working primarily with clay. She hand-builds vessels and objects which are both sculptural and functional, playful and elegant, using coiling and pinching methods to create a wide variety of forms. Fascinated by the ways we live, Polly makes domestic sculptures to elevate the everyday.
